The Stanislas cohort, a jewel of medical research in Lorraine, is one of the largest family cohorts (several generations involved) in the world.
The result of scientific work carried out over the last 3 years by teams from the Nancy CHRU (Centre d’Investigation Clinique – Plurithématique) and Loria, e’VM is a new tool for predicting the risk of heart failure.
The Nancy CHRU is conducting a clinical study to validate the medical device developed by the company I-Virtual, which makes it possible to measure patients’ physiological variables remotely and without contact.
This logistical support will enable the Pointe-à-Pitre University Hospital to better cope with the massive influx of critically ill patients, thanks to the opening of 10 additional intensive care beds.
